Your head is up where it isn’t intended – way beyond the last vapor of breathable gasses.  Crouch and you are in the blue bubble. Stand up straight and you are in the infinite. But there is a danger beyond not being able to breathe. There is a lot of waste hurtling around, much of it coming up behind you. Mind the coconut, now.

Our recent set in NYC was a success. It would not have been so without the support of Shelton, Kassia, Giles, Lee, Margaret, Ray, Jodi, and Mingo. Thanks also go out to Jon, Farrah, Jared, Chris and Claire for a spectacular Yardmeter Edition event, as well as all of the people attending that night.

We’ll have some audjo and vidjo to post before too long. We also came back with a tidy bit of schwag which means I need to figure out how to make it available about these parts.

A couple madly in love give him a wide space and return the next day to gather clams that only spurt water at them and render their hands cold and foul with a stink that lasts for days.

This is the good life.
Ray Talley Dancers - Horse Bucket

At one point in my life I’d reached the point where I could no longer play the saxophone – I had no more ideas. At the very end I was just blowing air thru the neck – no notes. I eventually sold it to pay off some bills.

Several years ago I witnessed a trio playing The Tugboat. The horn players were just pushing air thru their horns – no mouthpieces. They were killing at the point where I’d disengaged.

After that, I had semi-regular sleep dreams of playing the sax again. My sweet-loving love bestowed one on me after hearing of these dreams.

I think of her now with every note I play on it.
